SAN MARCOS, Texas – The Texas State volleyball team collected a 3-0 (25-13, 25-12, 25-18) triumph over UMass Lowell on the final day of the Creeds & Crests Classic Saturday morning inside Strahan Coliseum.
The Bobcats (6-3) improved to 2-1 in the event, while the River Hawks (3-4) dropped to 0-2 during their time in San Marcos.
was the lone competitor with double-digit kills, as the senior finished with 11 on 19 swings for a .368 hitting percentage. Fellow senior (17) and true freshman (15) combined for 32 assists, while sophomore tallied 12 digs.
