SAN MARCOS, Texas – The Sun Belt Conference released its 2019 football schedules for its member institutions Friday. Texas State's schedule features 12 regular-season games with six home games and six road games. Starting times and additional television coverage will be announced at a later date.
"With spring football beginning on Sunday afternoon, we are excited to announce our 2019 schedule," new head coach Jake Spavital said. "The Sun Belt Conference is a competitive league with great games each week, and this season will be no different. We are looking forward to kicking off the season without having to leave the state until late October.
