GREENVILLE, N.C. – Junior Tristan Stivors was one of forty-five players named to the initial Watch List for the 16th Annual National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association Stopper of the Year Award the association announced Friday. The award is given to the top relief pitcher in NCAA Division I Baseball.
Stivors recorded a 1.17 ERA over 7.2 innings in seven appearances in the shortened 2020 season. The Castroville, Texas native recorded four saves to share the Sun Belt Conference lead.
