SAN MARCOS, Texas – The Texas State baseball team is set to venture away from San Marcos for the first time in 2017. The Bobcats will head to Stillwater, Oklahoma, for a three-game series against No. 22 Oklahoma State Feb. 24-26. This will be the first meeting between the two programs since 1998. This will also be the first ranked opponent for the Bobcats this year.
TXST owns a 2-3 record this season after splitting four games with Purdue and losing a midweek tilt to Baylor. The Cowboys are 2-2 after losing a three-game series to Grand Canyon and toppling Arizona State in a single contest.
