SAN MARCOS, Texas – In the first States Up episode of 2022-23, the special guest is new Texas State University President Kelly Damphousse.
President Damphousse is an avid supporter of all things on campus and in the community, especially athletics. Having served as the President of the Sun Belt Conference as well as the NCAA Board of Governors and Division I Board of Directors, he strongly believes in the importance of college athletics to the broader mission of the university.
