SAN MARCOS, Texas – In the newest States Up podcast, track and field's Sedrickia Wynn and Elisabet Runarsdottir look ahead to their first career appearances at the NCAA Outdoor Championships next week in Austin as well as back at their careers so far that helped them get there.
Both Wynn and Runarsdottir won Sun Belt individual championships this outdoor season, which helped the women's team finish runner-up in the team standings. Wynn won two individual titles and helped with a 4x100 title while Runarsdottir captured the women's hammer throw – the same event she will compete in at the national championships – in her first year at Texas State.
