SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State Sports Properties and the Texas State Department of Athletics have announced Spectrum Sports will broadcast Texas State's softball game against Texas on Wednesday, April 5 at 6 p.m.
Texas State defeated the Longhorns 2-1 on March 1 behind an Ariel Ortiz's two-run home run and a stellar pitching performance from Randi Rupp. The Bobcats have won two of the last three against UT, including a 9-5 victory at Bobcats Softball Stadium last season.
Texas State University games on Spectrum Sports are available on channel 323 in Texas.
