SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State will showcase a new offense and defense under first-year head coach Jake Spavital for fans and supporters when the Bobcats play their annual Spring Game presented by Brown Distributing on April 13 at Bobcat Stadium beginning at 6 p.m. Admission to the Spring Game is free and it is open to the general public.
The Spring Game features offensive players playing against defensive players in two 25-minute halves that will also include punts, field goals and extra-point attempts on special teams. Following the second half, each team has separate possessions of four-minutes, 25-seconds and two-minutes.
