Two countries, six states, 24 hours and 1,613 miles is what separated Rozlyn Rooke from beginning her collegiate golfing career at Texas State.
Rooke is a mid-year enrollee from Milton, Ontario, Canada and begins competing in tournaments this semester, including the upcoming Texas State Invitational.
After graduating in June of 2022, she decided to take a gap year to focus on practicing and getting on the course every day. Rooke took the initiative to send out her stack, which includes her golf speed, club speed, carry distance and total distance. She specifically sent this to coaches in the southern region because of the desire to play there.
