SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State's Randi Rupp has been named the Sun Belt Conference Community Coffee Pitcher of the Week for the week ending April 30, the league office announced Tuesday. In addition, Rupp was also named the Sun Belt Player of the Week by CollegeSportsMadness.com.
The Sun Belt Conference Community Coffee Pitcher of the Week honor is Rupp fourth this season, while the CollegeSportsMadness.com plaudit is her third. Rupp has additionally received NFCA National Pitcher of the Week, ESPNW National Player of the Week and the FastPitchNews.
