SAN MARCOS, Texas – After a successful indoor season, Texas State track and field will start its outdoor campaign this Friday and Saturday at the Roadrunner Invitational in San Antonio.
The Bobcats, who finished second in both the men's and women's Sun Belt Indoor Championship, will compete in eight different outdoor meets in 2022 – starting with this weekend's event at the Park West Athletics Complex.
It is the first outdoor season under Director of Track and Field John Frazier, who was hired last August.
