Colorado Springs, Colo. – After a resilient second round, the Texas State men's golf team fired an even-par 288 as a team on Sunday to finish in sixth place at the Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational.
The Bobcats finished the tournament with a 54-hole team total of 866 after shooting 6-under par in the second round on the 7,511 yard, par 72 Blue Course at the Air Force Academy's Eisenhower Golf Club.
Texas State's sixth-place finish came after the Bobcats finished in 13th place in 2017 and 12th place in 2018. The Bobcats had three players finish among the top 20 individual players.
