HUMBLE, Texas – The Texas State men's golf team struggled to make up any ground in the second round of the All-American Intercollegiate on Monday and remained in 13th place with a two-day total of 608 (+32) at the Golf Club of Houston.
The All-American Intercollegiate is the first tournament this season that Texas State has shot any rounds with a team score over 300. The Bobcats finished Monday with a 302 (+14) after opening the tournament shooting 306 on Sunday.
Texas State enters the final round on Tuesday eight shots behind Middle Tennessee State for 12th place and 14 shots behind UT Arlington for 11th place.
