SAN MARCOS, Texas – The Texas State men's golf team heads to Laredo, Texas to compete in the Border Olympics that will take place on Friday and Saturday. Rounds one and two will be contested on Friday and the final 18 holes will be played Saturday.
Being played at the par 72, 7,204-yard Laredo Country Club, golfers will start at 8 a.m. with a shotgun start each day.
The Bobcats are one of 19 teams competing in the event. Joining them from the Sun Belt Conference are Little Rock, Louisiana and ULM. Campbell (76th), Houston (52nd), McNeese (84th), Rice (97th) and UTEP (55th) are all top 100 ranked programs.
