SAN MARCOS, Texas – When the Texas State men's basketball team opens its season on Nov. 12 at 3 p.m. CT on the road against Air Force in the first game of the Men Against Breast Cancer Showcase, it will be broadcast nationally on ESPN3. It is the first time the Bobcats have opened a season on an ESPN network since the 2013-14 campaign.
TXST is coming off the program's best season this century after a 22-win campaign with an appearance in the Sun Belt Conference Tournament Championship game, first postseason tournament (CIT) appearance in 20 years and first postseason victories as a NCAA program.
