SAN MARCOS, Texas – The Texas State football home opener for the 2022 season against FIU has been moved to Saturday, September 10, Texas State Athletics announced. The mutual decision by both programs altered the original date of the game from Friday, September 9.
The kickoff time for the Bobcats' home opener and any other television network selection games in the first three weeks of the season will be announced on May 26. The remainder of the home game times will be released in June.
