SAN MARCOS, Texas – After being among the nation's top receivers through the first three-quarters of the season, Texas State's Joey Hobert was added to the Biletnikoff Award Watch List on Wednesday, the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation announced.
The Biletnikoff Award recognizes college football's most outstanding receiver each season.
Hobert, in his first season as a Bobcat, has 64 catches for 804 yards and seven touchdowns in nine games. He has excelled in the last six games, though, as he is averaging nearly nine catches a game for 108 yards per contest.
