SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State fans have their first opportunity to see the 2018 Texas State football team in action when the Bobcats compete in an intrasquad scrimmage this Saturday morning at Bobcat Stadium. The scrimmage begins at 10 a.m. and is open to the general public. Admission is free and Bobcat players will sign autographs afterwards.
Head coach Everett Withers is anxious to see Texas State's three quarterbacks in game-like conditions as Willie Jones III, Jaylen Gipson and Tyler Vitt are in contention to be the starter this season.
