BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – In her final Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championships Meet, Chelsie Decoud went out in style winning her fourth consecutive high jump gold medal and setting a Sun Belt mark in the process in the Birmingham Crossplex. Both Texas State track & field teams recorded strong performances with the women sitting in second place with 38 points and the men netting 20 points through five events.
After passing on the first height, Decoud cleared the next four on her first attempt. She and Alexus Henry of UTA both got over 1.82m on their third attempts.
