SAN MARCOS, Texas – After an outstanding collegiate career, former Texas State soccer forward Kaylee Davis signed a professional contract with ZFK Spartak located in Subotica, Serbia. She is the first player in program history to sign a professional deal.
"It's been a crazy ride and a dream come true," said Davis. "I hope this inspires and opens doors for future players to pursue a professional soccer career beyond Texas State!"
The Allen, Texas native joins the Subotica, Serbia based team that is the nine-time defending champions of the Women's SuperLiga. The Blue Doves are coming off a 14-0-0 season and reached the UEFA Women's Champions League Round of 32 for the second straight year.
