SAN MARCOS, Texas – On Tuesday, Kaylee Davis and Heather Martin of the Texas State soccer team were selected to the United Soccer Coaches All-Southeast Region Team on Tuesday. The duo are the first juniors in program history to be named to one of the all-region teams.
Davis made history by becoming the first Bobcat to be named to the all-region first team. She netted 18 goals to lead the Sun Belt Conference and is currently tied for the third most in the nation. Her goal is the tied for the most in TXST history in a season that was set by Britney Curry in 2009.
