BRYAN — The time has come for the Texas State women’s golf team as it embarks on its journey at the NCAA Bryan Regional starting today and running through Saturday at Traditions Club. The Bobcats earned an automatic bid into the regional after claiming the Sun Belt Tournament by knocking off Troy, the two-time defending champions.
This is the sixth time in nine seasons that the women’s golf team had earned a bid to postseason. Three of those seasons were after winning the conference tournament and three of them were at-large bids.
