SAN MARCOS, Texas – It was a historic night at the Bobcat Soccer Complex when the final horn sounded Thursday night as Texas State (4-3-0) wrapped up a 4-0 win over Texas Southern (0-7-0). The victory was the 300 in head coach 's career, becoming the 31st active Division I coach to reach the mark and 50th to do so in D1 history.
"It feels great. Couldn't ask to celebrate this (300 wins) with anyone else but this team," said Holeman. "I had no idea the video was coming. And to see some of my old players, my family and my daughter here on the team, it was really special.
