SAN MARCOS, Texas – After a weekend off of competition, Texas State track and field returns for its final home meet of the season this Friday and Saturday with the 2022 Charles Austin Classic at the Texas State Track & Field Complex.
The meet will feature the Bobcats and eight other schools.
The women's team is currently ranked No. 41 in the nation in USTFCCCA National Rating Index (TFRI), dropping two spots after not accumulating any points following an off weekend. Katherine Stuckly (high jump), Anayah Washington (long jump), and Alyssa Wilson (shot put, discus, hammer throw) have all put up points for the Bobcats in the index to help keep the team ranked among the nation's best.
