SAN MARCOS, Texas – After a successful opening outdoor event last weekend, Texas State track and field returns to action this week with two separate meets, including its first home event of the year in the Bobcat Invitational at the Texas State Track and Field Complex Thursday through Saturday.
Admission is free to all spectators for the entire three-day meet.
While most Bobcats will compete at home, a group of six will take part in the 2022 Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays in Austin over the course of Thursday and Saturday. One of the nation's top throwers Alyssa Wilson (hammer) will be joined by Katherine Stuckly (high jump), Lee-Ann Blake (1500 meter), Justin Botello (1500 meter), Pedro Osorio Lopez (1500 meter), and Kwanele Mthembu (10,000 meter) at Mike A.
