SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State football wrapped up its spring practice with a scrimmage in front of fans at Bobcat Stadium on Saturday as the new-look Bobcats, under first year head coach GJ Kinne, showcased an explosive offense and tenacious defense.
Ben Bell highlighted the defense as he was credited with 4.0 sacks and a quarterback hurry to go with his seven total tackles. Newcomer Bryce Cage had four tackles, including a sack.
