SAN MARCOS, Texas – Playing its first game in 11 days, the Texas State men's basketball team had some rust to knock off Monday night. The Bobcats (4-5) dominated the second half to claim a 107-58 victory over Jarvis Christian in Strahan Arena.
It is the first time TXST has cracked triple-digits in a game since putting up 101 on Dec. 12, 2021 against Southwestern. Overall, it was the 61 time in program history that the Bobcats scored at least 100 points. The second half saw them net 71 points to come two points shy of tying the program record for points in a half that was set against Our Lady of the Lake on Nov.
