SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State women's tennis earned its 15th win and sixth Sun Belt Conference win on Sunday after defeating James Madison 4-3 at the Bobcat Tennis Complex.
The Bobcats' win over JMU was a historic one for the program. Texas State set the record for most single-season wins (15) and most wins during SBC play (6).
"Words can't even describe how proud I am of this team right now," said head coach Kendall Brooks.
