SAN MARCOS, Texas – Kyra Anderson will be joining Texas State women's basketball for the 2025-26 season, Head Coach Zenarae Antoine announced Wednesday.
Anderson joins the Bobcats after starting her career at Tyler Junior College. In her time at Tyler her team went 21-12 and lost in the Region XIV Tournament Championship. Anderson played in 24 games for the Apache while averaging 12.2 points and 9.4 rebounds a night.
"Kyra has the ability to immediately impact our program with her IQ, athleticism and work ethic," Antoine said. "The sky is truly the limit for Kyra.
