STILLWATER, Okla. – Texas State headed to Big 12 country to face the Oklahoma State Cowgirls and suffered a 67-52 loss on Saturday afternoon.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
The opening quarter of play was a physical one between the two sides. The game stayed close despite low scoring early in the quarter. The Cowgirls went on a 7-0 scoring run to end the quarter, though, which gave them an 18-10 deficit to overcome after the first quarter.
The second quarter was all Bobcats. After going on a 6-0 run to start the quarter, the 'Cats started rolling.
