WACO, TX – The Bobcats suffered a 3-0 loss to Baylor in a shortened game due to a thunderstorm and a tornado warning. The game played five complete innings before being forced to cancel due to the impending weather, qualifying it to be considered a complete game.
The game would start off with business as usual with in the circle for the Bobcats. She'd get two strikeouts in the opening inning. Despite that, though, Shaylon Govan would hit a home run off Mullins to give the Bears a 1-0 lead after the first.
The Bobcats would get on base when was walked, but after the Bears turned a double play off bunt, the Bobcats would end two innings hitless.
