NEW ORLEANS, La. — The Sun Belt Conference announced the bracket for the 2021 Sun Belt Conference Women's Basketball Championship, presented by First Bank and Trust, Sunday afternoon.
After finishing the 2020-21 regular season with a 10-10 overall record and a 7-8 mark in league play, the Texas State women's basketball team will enter the tournament as the fourth-seeded team out of the West Division. The Bobcats will square off against a Georgia Southern (11-12, 5-9) team that finished fifth in the East Division and is coming off back-to-back loses at Appalachian State to end the regular season.
