SAN MARCOS, Texas– Texas State (1-0) takes on its first Division I opponent of the 2020-21 season when they travel to the Coastal Bend to challenge Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (1-0) at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 28 at the American Bank Center in Corpus Christi, Texas.
The Bobcats are fresh off a 98-59 tune-up victory vs. UMHB at Strahan Arena on Nov. 25. The Bobcats had a good overall run as they shot 53.5 percent from the floor while holding The Cru to a 35.6 field goal percentage.
In the win, the Bobcats had four players score in double-figures, beginning with senior forward Isiah Small's 17 points and game-high eight rebounds.
