SAN MARCOS, Texas – For the second time in as many weeks, the Texas State baseball program has been forced to push back its Saturday contest into a Sunday doubleheader. TXST coach Ty Harrington has announced that poor field conditions and persistent rain showers has caused today's game to be delayed by one day.
The Bobcats were originally slated to play the second game of their weekend series with the Bulldogs at 4 p.m. this afternoon, but that game has now been moved to March 12 and will be the first of a doubleheader slated for a noon start.
