SAN MARCOS, Texas – The Texas State baseball team will complete a nine-game road swing when the maroon and gold travels to San Antonio, Texas, for a 6 p.m. game May 2 against UTSA. The contest will be played at Roadrunner Field and is the return match after TXST dropped a 9-1 decision at home to UTSA back on March 7.
The Bobcats (22-23) have dropped their last eight games and own a 2-12 record over the past 14 outings. They most recently dropped SBC games to Troy and USA, while losing midweek contests to Texas and Baylor.
