SAN MARCOS, Texas – The Texas State baseball team began a stretch of nine of the next 10 games at home with a 6-5 loss to Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on Tuesday night at Bobcat Ballpark.
"I thought we played pretty horrible to be honest with you. Allowed 10 walks, and you are not going to beat a lot of teams doing that, only had six hits and hit a lot of fly balls. That is exactly what we did as a coaching staff to prep the guys not to happen, exactly happened," said head coach Steven Trout.
