SAN MARCOS, Texas – Seven runs over two innings for South Alabama (26-17) proved costly for Texas State (21-28) in a 9-4 loss in the series final Sunday afternoon at Bobcat Ballpark.
Taking the loss was (0-2) after he allowed three runs on two hits in two-thirds of an inning. Jase Dalton (5-3) came out of the bullpen and threw five scoreless innings to pick up the win.
