WACO, Texas – After missing the first seven matches of Texas State's season while competing for Ghana in the U-20 Women's World Cup, Helen Alormenu made an instant impact in her collegiate debut. The freshman scored the match-tying goal with 11 seconds remaining of Sunday night's 2-2 draw at Baylor from Betty Lou Mays Field that saw kickoff delayed two and a half hours due to weather.
"This was a really good game tonight. Our girls took the weather delay in stride and played really well throughout," said head coach Steve Holeman.
