SAN MARCOS, Texas – On Monday, Texas State Director of Track and Field/Cross Country Jody Stewart announced the 2017 cross country schedule. The slate features three regular season meets before competing at the Sun Belt Conference Championships.
"Since 2015 both programs have made significant improvements within the conference," said Stewart. "We plan to face strong competition throughout the regular season that will prepare us for the Sun Belt Cross Country Championships. We look forward to continued progress throughout the 2017 season.
The Bobcats compete for the first time on Friday, September 1 at the Baylor Twilight in Waco, Texas.
