SEATTLE -- He sees opportunities, not challenges.
They are in abundance at the moment.
As Rangers manager Chris Woodward reached the 100-game mark of his managerial tenure following Monday night's loss at Seattle, the "opportunities" were swirling all around.
There was the opportunity to prevent the team's longest losing streak in more than 15 years. There was the opportunity to right a season that at one point saw the Rangers 10 games over .500. There was the chance to urge his struggling young hitters forward and to settle his veterans on edge over the looming trade deadline.
