A look at the highs and lows of individual spring-training performances with the Texas Rangers:
WHO'S HOT
-- Matt Davidson, the non-roster corner infielder and aspiring pitcher, is 5 for 10 with two extra-base hits.
The Rangers will give Davidson full consideration because of his ability to hit left-handed pitching. With the Chicago White Sox last season, Davidson hit .289 with a .500 slugging percentage for 114 at-bats against left-handers.
-- Left-hander Brett Martin has gone back and forth between prospect and suspect in a five-year minor-league career.
