The Rangers shuffled their rotation going into a six game homestand because they had some team off days and could rearrange things while keeping everyone on normal or extended rest.
Jake Burger caught a bug and was unavailable Tuesday and Josh Smith has a bruised thumb and sat out as well.
Jack Leiter and Wyatt Langford are both on track to return next week.
