Thad Levine out in Minnesota

The Minnesota Twins have announced today that general manager Thad Levine is leaving the club to pursue other opportunities. Levine, who has worked under president of baseball operations Derek Falvey since after the 2016 season, when Levine was hired away from the Rangers, has a contract that is up, per Dan Hayes of the Athletic, and is looking to pursue a president of baseball ops position.
