The Rangers managed to salvage an absolutely terrible week on the road with two wins against Seattle on Saturday and Sunday.
After being swept in Oakland, being outscored 23-11, they headed to Seattle which would begin it’s series with Drew Smyly on the I.L for nerve tightness in his right-arm, leading them to call up Taylor Hearn.
