Texas Rangers transactions: Connor Sadzeck has been designated for assignment, Jeanmar Gomez, Logan Forsythe, and Hunter Pence have had their contracts purchased, Zack Granite has been optioned to Nashville, Adrian Sampson has been assigned to Nashville, Yohander Mendez has been placed on the 10 day injured list, and Luke Farrell has been placed on the 60 day injured list, as the Rangers make their final moves to set their Opening Day roster.
