As we sit here and contemplate the last couple of weeks of the season, I thought it might be interesting to take a look at the numbers for the Rangers hitters in the second half of the season. And really, the offense has been, overall, fine in the second half.
What jumps out right away is that Joey Gallo has been mashing...even with the power dropoff in September, Gallo has been a driving force for the Ranger offense since the break. Adrian Beltre has been doing Adrian Beltre things, Robinson Chirinos has continued to be hot, and Elvis Andrus has continued to be the new and improved Elvis Andrus.
