Texas Rangers Have Two Prospects in Top 100 List

According to MLBPipeline.com, the Texas Rangers have two prospects in the top 100 list that was released on Saturday. Rangers outfielder Leody Taveras and Willie Calhoun are ranked among the top 100 in baseball right now.

19-year-old switch hitting phenom Taveras is ranked No. 34 on the list. Lefty slugger Calhoun who was acquired by the Rangers in July, is ranked No. 53 in the top 100. Both players are respectively the top two prospects on the team list.

Calhoun is considered the No. 2 prospect at second base, but will likely be fighting for playing time in left field.
