The Rangers are in desperate need of starting pitching help, and with one potential target already off the market they need to find some new possibilities.
MLB.com's Jon Morosi reported late Saturday night that the Rangers are in "ongoing trade talks" with the Tampa Bay Rays about starting pitcher Matt Moore.
