You've probably heard that there have been a lot of home runs in 2017. In fact, this month has a chance to pass up May of 2000 as the month with the most home runs ever hit.
So this post is about ... not home runs. The Texas Rangers sent Cole Hamels to the bump against the Cleveland Indians for his first start since April 26 after missing two months with an oblique injury.
