Rangers slug 5 homers in 1st 3 innings vs. Sox

ARLINGTON -- The Rangers' offense launched five home runs off White Sox pitching during the first three innings of Friday's series opener at Globe Life Park. Four were off starter Dylan Covey and one was off reliever Chris Volstad.

The Rangers hit three homers and scored seven runs in the second inning. Rougned Odor put Texas on the board with a solo shot to right-center field, his fourth home run of the season.
